Terms of Service

By accessing or using VibeLearn (“the Service”), operated by PragmaticDevs S.R.L (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

VibeLearn is a developer learning platform that integrates with Claude Code to analyze your coding sessions, extract learning concepts, generate spaced-repetition quiz questions, and track your growth over time. The Service is available on a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeLearn.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use the Service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

VibeLearn Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $19 USD per month via Stripe.

• Billing — your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your start date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your Billing page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. Contact hello@vibelearn.dev to request a refund.
• Price changes— we will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the subscription price. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Downgrade — if you downgrade to the Free tier, Pro features become inaccessible immediately upon cancellation at period end. Your data is retained.

Our content — the VibeLearn platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and generated content (quiz questions, concept summaries), is owned by PragmaticDevs S.R.L and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Your data — you retain ownership of the code you write and the session data generated from your work. By using VibeLearn, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your session metadata for the purpose of providing the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated learning content is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PragmaticDevs S.R.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
